Job Description Job Description SummaryGE Vernova Services Singapore is seeking a Process Industrialization Leader to lead engineering teams supporting special processes within repair operations.Job DescriptionThe RoleReporting to the Senior Engineering Manager – Operations, you will provide technical vision and people leadership across specialized engineering teams. This role bridges technology development and production, ensuring new repair methods are successfully deployed, sustainable and capable of meeting business, quality and operationalWhat You’ll Do1. Lead and Develop the Engineering TeamLead, coach and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.2. Drive Process Industrialization and QualificationLead the industrialization, qualification and deployment of new repair technologies, ensuring successful transition from development to production with sustainable and scalable processes.3. Advance Process Maturity and Operational ExcellenceAssess process maturity, establish improvement roadmaps and drive initiatives that enhance process capability, reliability, productivity and overall operational performance.4. Strengthen Process Control and ComplianceDevelop and implement robust process control strategies that improve quality, reduce variation and ensure compliance with approved methods and quality system requirements.5.
