Butcher (FT)

Position Summary Cuts, trims, tenderises, and grinds meat using various equipment in the Meat Department. Reassembles and maintains equipment for daily use. Cleans and sanitises work area and equipment throughout the workday. Assists with wrapping meat and seafood, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case.
