Looking for a Chef de partie relevant Qualifications no less than a Certificate IV / diploma level,or equivalent employment experience and 1 year full time employment experience to work in a cohesive and well run kitchen . Must be reliable , hardworking and work well with others ,who will supervise daily kitchen operations, step in when head chef is away.
