I would like to express my gratitude to Jaya Obayashi for taking a chance with me, even though I came from educational background with no relation to construction industry. At first, I was a bit intimidated by the unfamiliar terminology and processes, but my colleagues were incredibly supportive and patient. One of the things I appreciate most about working here is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Even though I had no prior experience in the field, I was given opportunities to contribute and share my ideas. Overall, I’m grateful for the chance to work in an industry I never would’ve considered before. It’s been a challenging and rewarding experience, and I’m proud to be a part of this amazing team.
