The Technical Training Adviser leads the identification, design, development and implementation of technical training initiatives aligned to operational and organisational goals. This includes responsibility for managing the technical training frameworks that govern high risk work and ongoing collaborative support with stakeholders in training needs assessment to ensure competence across SA Waters workforce
