ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Head Chef, the Cook 2 – Breakfast & Catering is responsible for preparing and executing the Hotel’s complimentary breakfast, including the preparation, replenishment and presentation of food items, as well as preparing staff meals on assigned shifts.
