Executive Chef

In this position you will oversee all Kitchen operations. From Baking, Butchering, Creating Menus, Costing, Wine Pairing and Staff Supervision. We are a small but mighty team. Our restaurant is very busy May to October and slower November to April You will need to have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in an Kitchen manager or executive chef role.
