Position Summary The Facilities & Property Manager is responsible for the hands-on care, maintenance, and operational readiness of Adult & Teen Challenge’s facilities in the Northern MB area. This role combines daily, on-site maintenance work with oversight of contractors and larger projects to ensure all buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
