Finance and Operations Specialist | Wenco International Mining Systems

The Finance and Operations Specialist supports Wenco’s Chile operations by managing day-to-day finance activities and providing HR administrative support. The role focuses on accounts payable and receivable, treasury, payroll coordination, and ERP management (Dynamics 365), ensuring accuracy, compliance (SII), and timely reporting. It also assists with onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation, working closely with global teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of Chilean finance regulations, and experience in Excel and ERP systems. A hybrid role combining hands-on accounting and HR operations support to ensure smooth, compliant local business operations.
