Job Duties: • soaking, blending and mixing the compost ingredients using hand tools and farm equipment • Grow mycelium in the compost • report any changes of compost consistency to supervisor • inspect the farm equipment daily and report any deviations to supervisor • maintain the tools, implements, and mechanical equipment in good condition • load the compost into trucks • clean up the work area when the work is completed • wear personal protective equipment {safety shoes, respirators, gloves,…
