Discover how you can build your career with Dilawri Position Overview The Apprentice Technician at Collision Center Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver plays an important role in supporting the Service Department by assisting with vehicle maintenance, repair activities, and overall shop efficiency. Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, this position provides hands‑on learning and mentorship opportunities while contributing to the team’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high‑quality automotive work. This role supports the dealership’s long‑term technician pipeline by developing core technical skills, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all service operations follow brand and dealership standards. The expected pay for this position is $23.87 - $36.72 per hour. Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Assist licensed technicians with daily repair and maintenance tasks as assigned. · Notify the Production Manager of any additional required repairs, parts, or labor identified during repairs.. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop. · Follow all safety guidelines. · Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. · Perform other duties as requested by the Production or Body Shop Manager or designated supervisor. Qualifications Required · Successful completion of Level 2 of a registered automotive apprenticeship program. · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop technical skills. · Legally entitled to work in Canada.
