JOB DESCRIPTION Purpose The Produce Packer Heavy is responsible for re-packing produce orders to small pack sizes and ensure customer order requirements are met. This includes counting and sorting produce, repetitive lifting of raw material with weights of up to 50 lbs, moving boxes and organizing workstations, and operating power equipment to move pallets in the warehouse.
