DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Complies with the Sunrise’s HACCP, GMP and Safety Operating Procedures. Mop condensation throughout the plant. Empty garbage in a timely manner. Stock paper towels and soap throughout the plant. Maintain boot dips. Clean and remove debris that occurs around equipment/processing areas on a routinely basis.
