Driven by Technology.Job DescriptionThe TSA will be partnered with the Treasury Sales Officer focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally with a portfolio of Large Corporate clients headquartered in Canada and subsidiaries of globally headquartered clients operating in Canada. Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.To be successful in the role, TSA's must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) in exceeding portfolio growth goals; including client/prospect research; proposal development, and other ad hoc sales support dutiesAssist in identifying solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysisPrepare treasury services reviews, and upsell Treasury products and services as neededProduce pricing/cost benefit models and confer with the TSO and Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiationAccountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems and other sales tracking systems which may be developedResolve any non-sales client issuesAssist clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, Credit and other partner teamsPrepare account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentationsPartner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfactionAssist in coordinating plans around deepening existing relationships through identification of client needsUtilize support partners and resources to coordinate industry, prospect, and client researchQualificationsMinimum 2-5 years' experience in major financial institution's corporate client facing roleKnowledge of cash management and familiarity with credit, trade and foreign exchangeExcellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Ability to multi-task and adapt to changeStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload from diverse sourcesProven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger teamProven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partnersSome travel requiredExcellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceDesired QualificationsCertified Cash Manager/Certified Treasury Professional designation preferredPreferred Candidates will have
