This position will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the Accounts Payable Payment team.Ensure timely and accurate supplier payment execution.Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.Resolve complex payment issues and escalations.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.Coach and develop team members while promoting a collaborative work environment.Requirements✅ 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.✅ 1-2 years of experience leading teams.✅ Experience in Payment Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments.✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.✅ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Dynamics.✅ Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.✅ Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1).✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.BenefitsPrivate Medical Insurance (Prepaid Healthcare)100% coverage of approved medical leave absencesMonthly Meal Card Allowance of COP $330,000Four personal half-days off per monthBirthday Day OffLife InsuranceProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to global finance operations
