This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing high-performing teams, optimizing AP processes, and partnering with global stakeholders to ensure service delivery and business objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Accounts Payable operations across multiple countries and business units.Manage and develop AP teams while fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee invoice processing, supplier management, payment execution, and reconciliations.Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.Support strategic projects, business transformations, and process enhancements.Manage escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements✅ 5-6+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable or Finance Operations teams.✅ Experience within multinational, regional, or Shared Services environments.✅ Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.✅ Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.✅ Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.✅ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.✅ Advanced English proficiency (C1).✅ Proven ability to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.BenefitsPrivate Medical Insurance (Prepaid Healthcare)100% coverage of approved medical leave absencesMonthly Meal Card Allowance of COP $330,000Four personal half-days off per monthBirthday Day OffLife InsuranceCareer development and leadership growth opportunitiesExposure to regional and global finance operationsCollaborative and multicultural work environment
