Position: MDM QA Testing Lead-Healthcare DomainLocation: Minnesota (Open for Remote).Full time Role Description:Own integrated quality assurance for the MDM/RDM implementation, covering functional, data, integration, migration, matching, survivorship, mappings, stewardship, performance, security and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities: Define the end-to-end test strategy and quality gates for every phase. Build coverage for MDM identity, matching, merge/unmerge/split/rematch, survivorship and relationship lifecycle. Build RDM tests for code sets, hierarchies, crosswalks, mappings, versioning and effective dating. Validate migration reconciliation between the current Informatica MDM and the target state. Coordinate integration testing across Epic, ELMS, Oracle, terminology, Collibra, Google Cloud Platform and downstream consumers. Lead performance, resilience, security-test coordination and operational readiness testing. Define a PHI/PII-safe test-data strategy; lead SIT, UAT, regression, cutover rehearsal and hypercare validation. Own defect triage, severity model, exit criteria and release-quality reporting with full traceability. Primary Deliverables: Master test strategy and plan Test scenarios/cases and traceability Migration reconciliation test pack Performance and resilience test results UAT readiness and sign-off pack Release quality report and defect dashboardRequired Experience & Skills: 10+ years in testing leadership across MDM/data/integration and migration. Strong data validation, reconciliation and migration testing. Experience validating Informatica MDM match/merge and survivorship outcomes. Strong defect governance and phase-gate evidence. Good to Have: Healthcare data testing. Performance and resilience testing at scale.
