Job Family Group Description - Industrial Operations: Combines jobs in different industrial processes relating to product development, raw material research, product engineering, production management and quality assurance. Job Family Description -Product Development: Following guidelines from the Creative department, ensures the product evolution process from material and design to end product. Sub-Job Family Description - Raw Materials Research: Finds innovative solutions and trends in materials to increase and expand the raw materials pool. Involved in all phases of the new material process: investigating, testing and auditing quality and documenting every step. Works closely with creative and development teams on new ideas, suggests innovations and provides input from research regarding design sensibility and material usability.
