Admin Warehouse

Jobdesc : Process incoming orders (check orders, input data, coordinate with warehouse/packing team) Update order status & input tracking numbers Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse team Handle customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the team Prepare daily reports (order & sales) Requirements : Minimum High Schools/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate Prior experience as an online shop/marketplace admin is preferred Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop is a plus Able to operate Excel/Google Sheets (basic level) Fast typing skills and responsive in handling chats Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible Able to work underpressure (high order volume) Communicative with a good attitude
