Centralize Product Development Associate

- Handling the development process with vendors by conducting initial workshops for lab-scale sample development and performing bulk trials for medium and high-risk WIP - Scaling the master recipe from lab scale to production scale, defining the flow process, including Critical Control Processes - Supporting the process in CK by establishing an efficient flow process and measurable parameters - Transferring documents, knowledge, and briefings of new SPM/spec to the quality and CK team - Defining measurable WIP specifications - Assisting operations in quality/process problem-solving for WIP-related issues - Monitoring the progress of project timelines and milestones, and resolving issues to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full. Education - Bachelor's degree of Food Science and Technology / Nutrition Science / Culinary Work Experience - 2 years experience in the same field. Technical Skill - Food Safety, Food Regulation, Project Management, Basic Cooking. Preferred Skill - Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Analytical Skill, Project Management Skill.
