Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Promote BillEase financing solutions directly to customers in partner retail stores. Explain product offerings clearly, including loan terms, installment options, and payment processes. Provide face-to-face assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Loan Application Support Assist customers in creating and processing BillEase accounts. Guide clients through the loan application process step by step. Verify customer requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Sales & Performance Achieve assigned sales and performance targets by converting customer interest into successful applications. Build strong relationships with partner merchants and customers to encourage repeat usage. Represent the BillEase brand professionally in all interactions. Compliance & Reporting Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions. Report daily activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors.
