Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the mechanical maintenance team during shifts. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. Ensure smooth operation of pumps, agitators, gearboxes, mixers, reactors, compressors, conveyors, and other rotating/static equipment.
