Hiring for Sr Manager -Tea Estate

Job Description: The basic work would be complete handling of the Tea operations i.e.: Visits to the Garden. Development of Plantation i.e. uprooting/re- planting etc. Cost control. Getting requisite personnel to run the Tea Estate. Idea of Chemicals/pest and disease. Factory related. Added advantage if has idea of Tea quality/testing. Etc etc. Ideally the candidate should have had good working experience exposure working in Tea Estate or even more preferable at H.O. having worked in Tea Estate.
