Check that during breakdown & shutdown maintenance people are working with proper Work permit and LOTO Read log book/Log sheet (PR/ML-F-01, PR/ML-F-02, PR/ML-F-03, PR/ML-F-04, PR/ML-F-05, PR/ML-F-06, PR/ML-F-07) & follow up pending work/instruction, if any.
