Factor is looking for a sharp, organised and technically capable Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational engine behind our weekly marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail: building lists, preparing campaigns, writing and formatting drafts, cleaning data, managing unsubscribes, updating HubSpot, checking campaign health and making sure every send goes out properly.
