Operate, set up, and calibrate high-speed Viswill Vision Inspection Systems (TVIS/CVIS) for tablets and capsules. Perform mechanical changeovers of tooling, feeder tracks, and vacuum belts between batch runs. Fine-tune camera parameters, 3D laser settings, and lighting thresholds for optimal defect detection.
