Your opportunity We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail & Client Insights and Omnichannel to join our Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) team, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Retail Excellence Manager, this role will support retail performance, client development and omnichannel initiatives across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. This position plays a key role in translating retail and client data into meaningful insights that support commercial decision-making and improve retail and client performance. The role will combine a strong understanding of luxury retail with data analytics to identify trends, understand client behavior, assess business performance and provide actionable recommendations to the retail teams. This role will also support and drive regional omnichannel initiatives, ensuring digital retail tools and solutions are effectively implemented and contribute to the overall retail and client experience.
