RESPONSIBILITIES • To provide on-site service related activities at customer's premises, including but notlimited to:- • Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP). • Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP. • Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system. • Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning [Email/PC]) forcustomer's newly purchased MFP at customer…
