Job Description OVERVIEW Responsible to maximize asset utilization and minimize resource and energy wastages by utilizing Industrial Engineering practices and methodologies. Responsible to create the standard setting for man, material, machine, and method related issue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to perform the detailed study for operation (4M: Man, Machine, Material and Method) through complying Industrial Engineering practises and methodology. Responsible to meet and close the improvement opportunities on time for company revenue growth. Responsible to focus and executive on the OEE provided solutions with operation teams. Responsible to monitor and provide the up-to-date report for material efficiency performance. Responsible to identify and audit operation meet the standard layout setting criteria. Any other tasks / projects assigned by your Superior and/or Management. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent Work Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing fast paced and dynamic environment. Minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering. Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies and executions. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Understand concept of MTM, MODAPTS and MOST. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or similar software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
