Job Descriptions: 1. Supervise the Food & Beverage Captain and Assistant, ensuring that restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. 2. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all areas meet service standards and provide a high-quality experience to guests. 3. Address customer complaints and concerns tactfully, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct monthly inventory. 5. Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all team members. 6. Attend meetings and briefing, especially in the absence of the restaurant manager. 7.
