Guest Service Assistant

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC) , owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position: Guest Service Assistant To handle all guests requests promptly by documenting down the request using the right form and immediately notify the specific department for resolving the issue/requests. To ensure that cashiering followed SOP. To ensure the preparations for all expected arrivals for the day is complete at the beginning of a shift. To key-in all reservations and confirmed through email or fax within the same day. To assist guest in arranging for taxis, travel and tour arrangement and other Concierge related service. To respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints they may have. This may include providing extra amenities, arranging transportation, or addressing maintenance concerns.
