Hard Rock Café Service Crew - Server

Responsibility: Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers by presenting the menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately. Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally such as presenting bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers. Performing general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of the overall Hard Rock Café. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar position. Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
