Job Description OVERVIEW: Setting up MUN Group IT department Providing direction and guidance to IT subordinates in aligning to organizational strategic priorities Leading the execution of IT strategies to support the growth of MUN Group of companies DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing direction and approving IT Infrastructure design for a medium to large-scale organization Forecasting and preparing annual budgets for IT spending at organizational level Crafting Strategic IT Plans and roadmap for a medium to large-scale organization Creating systems and structures to lead disaster recovery and system restoration for business continuity Overseeing project deliverables that support the organization's strategic initiatives Creating inclusive customer experience and satisfaction levels Formulating policies and procedures that safeguard information resources Leading the teams for a medium to large-scale organization Nurturing talent and driving succession programs preferably for a medium to large-scale organization Working in a complex organization, navigating and influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve results Building a network of strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Strong problem troubleshooting and analytical skills Monitoring daily IT operation Monitoring daily project delivery Developing IT staff, coach and help staff to achieve the goal.
