Operational Responsibilities 1.Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications. 2.Support the IT team in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, mobile devices, and networks. 3.Help with the deployment of software updates, patches, and security configurations. 4.Monitor system performance and assist in identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks. 5.Assist with system backups and data recovery tasks as needed. 6.Participate in the management of IT inventory and an asset tracking.
