Daily IT Operations Monitor and maintain the hotel's IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and other technology equipment. Ensure IT systems are operating properly and resolve technical issues promptly. Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on IT equipment and systems. Hotel System Support Provide technical support for hotel applications and systems, including PMS, POS, payment systems, guest Wi-Fi, telephone systems, emails, door lock systems, TV systems. Support Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, and other departments with their IT-related requirements. Assist with system upgrades, installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Network & Infrastructure Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and other network infrastructure.
