Job Purpose Maintain the hotel software and hardware applications, office network and ensure the overall upkeep of the computers are at the optimal performance. Provide IT technical services to our guests and company PC users and liaise with corporate IT. Duties and Responsibilities To supervise and maintain the HMS systems and their integrations to third-party's solutions through best practices and the standards as defined by Fraser's Corporate Office. Responsible for coordinating the processes and activities related to the development, deployment and documentation of HMS systems, their enhancements and integration to third­ party solutions as required to meet the business requirements.
