Job Description Job PurposePerform breakdown and preventive maintenance, implement improvement projects across the NGC premises, and uphold company rules, ISO 9001/GMP standards, and safety and health practices. Responsibilities1. Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects across all NGC premises (Production lines, QA, Warehouse, Compounding).2. Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting, wiring work, and apply LOTO for all isolation activities.3. Troubleshoot machines, perform repairs, and execute modifications when required.4. Execute annual maintenance work and complete tasks within the planned timeline.5. Monitor and optimize equipment performance to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).6. Rectify internal and external customer complaints related to maintenance issues.7. Liaise with other departments and plants for cross-functional activities and coordination.8. Conduct skills training sessions for technicians and cover supervisory duties during emergencies.9. Maintain proper documentation in compliance with ISO standards, including checklists and commissioning reports.10. Uphold company rules, regulations, safety, and health practices while promoting teamwork within the department. Qualification and Experience1. Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical/mechanical related industry. 3. Burner Maintenance 4.
