This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Sales, and Compliance and helps ensure smooth business execution while meeting international standards and regulations.Reporting to the VP Sales, this role combines commercial contracting, compliance activities, customer-facing legal coordination, and support of vendor onboarding processes.ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, and employment-related contractsSupport compliance activities in line with international standards and internal policiesAssist in data security and regulatory compliance mattersPartner closely with Sales teams to support deal structuring and executionAct as a key legal point of contact for customers’ legal and compliance teams during negotiationsWork closely with Sales teams to support deal execution and contract negotiationsServe as a point of contact for legal and compliance representatives from clients and partnersAssist in vendor onboarding processes, including review of legal and compliance documentationEnsure contractual and regulatory risks are properly identified and escalated when neededMaintain contract templates and support process improvements in legal operations
