To ensure employee training and development management is carried out effectively Responsible for managing the activities and operations related to employee training and development services including the planning and coordination of identifying competence development methods, training needs determination, development of training programmes and/or other competence enhancement programmes and evaluation of its effectiveness and ensuring the implementation, maintenance and improvement of BMS within the function.
