Quality & Shariah Compliance Executive

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC) , owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position: Quality & Shariah Compliance Executive Monitor and ensure all hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Finance and other department, comply with established Shariah principles and halal standards. Implement and maintain hotel quality standards, service excellence frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance guest satisfaction and brand consistency. Perform regular internal audits and inspections on operational processes, hygiene, service delivery and Shariah compliance practices, identifying gap and areas for improvement.
