Reservation Agent

Job Description – Reservations Agent Handle incoming sales calls promptly and ensure all calls received through the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system are answered in a timely manner. Record and process reservations received via telephone, fax, email, hotel website, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IHG Hotels, restaurants, facilities, services, and properties within the region. Stay updated on special rates, promotional offers, packages, and applicable booking policies. Ensure all reservation correspondence is accurate, professional, and completed within the required timeframe. Achieve and maintain high Signature test call scores in accordance with IHG standards. Process reservation amendments, including stay extensions, early departures, cancellations, and other changes, subject to room availability and revenue management strategies.
