RETAIL ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions: 1. Handle cash, credit, charge to room (CTR) transaction with customers and process sales transaction. 2. Make change accurately and efficiently. 3. Answer customer question as they arise and handle customer complain. 4. Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean. 5. Send closing report to account department and drop cash sales at safety box. 6. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile. Requirements: 1. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. 2. Ability to work under pressure. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 4. Able to work independently and in collaboration with others. 5. Open for Malaysian only.
