Job Description Job PurposeServe as the subject matter expert (SME) to provide insights and ideas for developing new product pipelines. Liaise with Product Development and Business Development teams in launching new products. Provide product expertise and deliver product-related training to relevant stakeholders. Carry out assigned job authorities in accordance with all applicable QMS-related documents. Responsibilities1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, identify trends, competitor products, and opportunities in the medical device industry.2. Analyse user needs, pain points, and preferences, and work with the product development team to prioritise features and improvements aligned with business goals.3. Carry out the development and testing of functional prototypes by gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.4. Carry out new products launches in clinical settings and monitor their market performance.5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through regular follow-ups with end users.6. Build and maintain positive relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and other key personnel involved in new product introductions.7. Determine product training needs and maintain all product-related training modules.8. Conduct product-related training for internal and external stakeholders and evaluate effectiveness using appropriate tools.9. Develop and maintain evidence-based educational materials to ensure accurate dissemination of product information.10. Execute additional tasks and special assignments as directed by the Superior or Senior Management. Qualification and Experience1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.2. Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or medical settings.3. Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.4. Apply medical knowledge in CSSD, OT, or Dialysis (advantageous).5.
