Job Description Organization, co-ordinate and control the in-house team and appointed sub-contractors. Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all sub-contractors. Track and monitor the maintenance programs by using the appropriate software and spreadsheets. Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns and trouble-shooting.
