Job Description Job PurposeMaintain scrubber treatment and wastewater treatment systems at optimal operating conditions.Monitor wastewater and scrubber discharge parameters to comply with all regulatory and operational standards.Follow the HARTALEGA Way, including SHIELD values, ESG practices, 5S, and operational excellence principles. Responsibilities1. Maintain scrubber and wastewater treatment systems at optimal operating conditions.2. Monitor plant parameters and equipment performance to meet operational standards.3. Execute breakdown, preventive, and improvement maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.4. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on machinery as required.5. Conduct project work assigned by the plant engineer.6. Manage downtime efficiently to maximize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).7. Inspect and uphold 5S standards and proper maintenance of tooling and equipment.8. Coordinate with other departments and plants for cross-functional activities.9. Document maintenance work, records, and reports in compliance with ISO standards.10. Participate in shift work, on-call duties, and training programs as scheduled. Qualification and Experience1. SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering.2. CePIETSo certification is an advantage.3. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar industry preferred.4. Knowledge of pump and motor maintenance.5. Knowledge of electrical wiring and sensor wiring.6. Mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair knowledge.7.
