Job Description: Scheduling of repair work for the workshop. Preparation of quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase orders. Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done. Conveying progress of work done to customers. Checking and comparing spare parts. Taking photos of old and new parts for records. Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.
