Job Vacancy: Chef / Chef de Partie Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes? We are looking for a dedicated chef to join our team. Zaandam | fulltime | as soon as possible In a unique location, namely a floating (hotel) accommodation, you will ensure that our staff on board (approx. 30 employees) enjoy nutritious meals. Together with two other colleagues, you will run the kitchen. You will work full-time in shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Who We Are Slaapschepen organises temporary project accommodation on board ships, from initial request to implementation on site. We take care of the entire process: from design and operational management to daily coordination. We remain involved throughout the stay and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Wherever there is water, we can quickly and efficiently realise suitable accommodation solutions. As an organisation, we are growing and have ambitious plans. This means that, in addition to your daily work, you may also be asked to participate in (change) projects. The atmosphere is informal, open and entrepreneurial. You shape your role independently and work within a close-knit team that values decisiveness and ownership. What You Will Do As a chef de partie, you are responsible for the lunch and dinner of our (international) employees and/or residents on board.
