Objective of the Role As Chef de Parti, you'll run your section with pride, precision, and passion mdash; whether you're crafting an elegant dinner for two or prepping for a packed-out Friday service. You'll work closely with a skilled kitchen team to deliver beautifully presented dishes across our food beverage outlets, including Café Americain and Bar Americain. With your finger on the pulse of culinary trends and techniques, you'll help push our menus forward while ensuring every plate meets our high standards of flavour and presentation.
