What You Will Be Doing: - Assist with mise-en-place and ingredient preparation (cutting, portioning, marinating). - Support in preparing simple dishes and garnishes. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines. - Check and store deliveries and manage stock rotation. - Assist with plating and clearing workstations during service. - Actively contribute to effective teamwork within the kitchen.
