What will you be responsible for? middot; Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards. middot; Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency. middot; Managing mise en place and station organization. middot; Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols. middot; Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients. middot; Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. What are we looking for? middot; Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie. middot; Experience in openings is a plus. middot; Attention to detail and commitment to quality. middot; Ability to work in dynamic environments. middot; Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
